Can i upgrade my Shipping to Express Mail ? Yes, Express mail is available based upon the number of items you purchase. Your item will ship within the alloted amount of time (1-7 days depending on stock), and will arrive within 1-2 days of shipment depending on location.

What is your Terms of Return, Exchange or Refund Returns based on "decided i didnt want this item" are subject to manager approval, this is because all items are clearly spelled out on the website as the information, audio, etc. These items are only returnable for 30 days from date of purchase and are/will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with NO exceptions.
Defective returns can be made within 6 months (yes 6!) of purchase for a complete exchange for the same item only. If the item is no longer available, at that time another of similar price can be picked, if not a refund can be made. Refunds for defective items are only available if the item is not available.
Exchange for items that were purchased and not wanted: The same rules apply, a 20% restocking fee is enforced, and the item must be returned in 30 days.
